DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery Policy:
E&J Table Tennis Ltd. currently use Royal Mail delivery service to fulfil orders, and as such our delivery policy in line with Royal Mail services. Full conditions are laid out as follows:
Royal Mail Tracked 24
- Estimated 1-2 day delivery from the date of dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them. However, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.
- Tracking - For all orders placed on our website, you will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- For deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 24, the expected delivery date is 1 working day after dispatch. Deliveries will not be considered as lost until 10 days after the expected delivery date. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that E&J Table Tennis Ltd. cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf until after this time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.
- Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly.
Royal Mail Tracked 48
- Estimated 2-3 day delivery from the date of dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders will be aimed to be dispatched within 1 working day (not including Saturdays) of receiving them. However, this is not a guaranteed timescale and should be used as a guide only.
- Tracking - For all orders placed on our website, you will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- For deliveries by Royal Mail Tracked 48, the expected delivery date is 3 working days after dispatch. Deliveries will not be considered as lost until 10 days after the expected delivery date. Placing an order with us confirms your acknowledgement that E&J Table Tennis Ltd. cannot pursue any claim for loss on your behalf until after this time and that only then, where needed, can a replacement order be dispatched to you.
- Delivery made to a nearby address, confirmed by signature, will be assumed to have been made correctly
Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (excluding Saturday's)
- For deliveries by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery, orders must be placed by 12pm (noon) to guarantee same day dispatch. We cannot guarantee that orders placed after 12pm (noon) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders made after 12pm (noon) will be dispatched on the next working day (weekends and bank holidays not included).
- For orders placed before 12pm on a Friday, the delivery will take place on the next working day (bank holidays and weekends not included.)
- For orders placed before 12pm on a Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.
