GENERAL DATA PROTECTION
Your personal details are securely retained and used only for the purposes of processing orders and to send you any catalogs, special offers, or other information relating to our products and services. They will not be shared with any third parties. However, we may occasionally send you information about third parties such as any partners that we work with. We do not retain card payment details. MAILING LIST
If you sign up to our mailing list, we will keep any information you have provided us with to be able to contact you and send you anything we think may be of interest to you e.g. special offers, events, newsletters, etc.
COACHING SERVICES
If you enquire about or sign up for, any of our coaching services, we will retain the information you provide us with in order to communicate with you. We will occasionally send you offers or reminders on our services that we think may be of interest to you e.g. information about training days, camps, special offers on lessons, etc.
PRICES
Prices are shown in £ sterling and include 20%VAT where applicable.
E&J Table Tennis Ltd. Maintain the right to change prices to our goods and services at any time, without prior notice.
PLACING AN ORDER
We are only liable to fulfill an order on goods or services once we have accepted the order and accepted payment. Although it is unlikely, we reserve the right to reject the order if we believe we cannot fulfill the order, if we think the order and payment are fraudulent, or for any other reason within the law. If we have accepted payment, but due to unforeseen circumstances cannot fulfill your order, we reserve the right to refund you the full amount, but not exceeding the full amount, paid for those products or services.
PAYMENT
By placing an order, you agree that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering and/or purchasing any of our goods or services are correct. You agree that the credit or debit card is your own, or you have been given permission by the appropriate party/parties for its use and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and/or services you are purchasing. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform E&J Table Tennis Ltd. as soon as possible. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an illegal or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

E&J Table Tennis Ltd. Reserves the right to change the information and descriptions of any products and services offered at any time. E&J Table Tennis Ltd. does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property, and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of our Site, or for any products or services purchased from E&J Table Tennis Ltd. E&J Table Tennis Ltd. will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or services purchased.

This means that any orders or purchases made on or after the date of any amendments or updates will be subject to the new terms and conditions. By placing an order for any products or services, providing us with information about yourself, or requesting information from us, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
