Private Table Tennis Lessons:
Private lessons on a 1 to 1 basis (or 2 to 1, if you wish to split the cost or share the lesson with a friend). It doesn't matter what age or level you are, or whether you are competitive player or just want to improve and have fun. These lessons are personal to you. We will work with you to improve your game and achieve your own personal goals, whatever they may be. We are currently based in North London, so most lessons will take place from here. If you wish for us to travel to you, then you will have to provide a venue for the lessons. Cancellation Policy
Private Lessons: If you wish to cancel or rearrange a lesson, we require at least 24 hours notice to be able to give you a full refund. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full price. Competition Coaching: For competition coaching cancellations , we require at least 5 days notice in order to be able to give you a full refund. Any cancellations made with less than 5 days notice will be charged at the full price. After School Clubs: If you have changed your mind or your child is no longer able to attend the after school club, cancellations must be made before the start of the first week of the club to be guaranteed a refund. Any cancellations made after that will only be refunded if the place is taken by a child on the waiting list. In special circumstances, cancellations after the start date may be considered on a case by case basis, so please get in touch with us to discuss. If a session fails to take place, either due to a fault of our own or the school, then you will be refunded for any missed sessions. However, if your child is absent from the session but the session still takes place, then no refund will be given for any missed sessions. Training Camps: If you wish to cancel your booking we require at least 24 hours notice (although earlier is better), otherwise you will be charged at full price. We will only accept last minute cancellations in exceptional circumstances, such as testing positive for COVID, or family emergencies etc. Please note: A minimum of 6 players will be required for a training camp to go ahead. We reserve the right to cancel any training camp if this minimum number isn't met. In the case of us cancelling a training camp for any reason, full re-funds will be given.
